This SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Service governs the messaging program provided by Laserlab Heathrow, LLC (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”).
1. Program Description
Laserlab Heathrow offers a text messaging service to provide patients with information regarding their care, including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications related to their inquiries. By opting into this service, you agree to receive informational and transactional text messages from us.
2. Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving text messages, simply text “STOP” to the number from which you are receiving messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
3. How to Get Help
If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling our office at (321) 352-6962 or emailing us at heathrow@laserlabtherapy.com.
4. Rejoining the Service
If you wish to rejoin the service after opting out, you can sign up again as you did initially through our website contact form, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
5. Message and Data Rates
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary depending on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Compliance
By opting into our SMS messaging program, you acknowledge and agree that your consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase. This program is offered in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws and regulations.
8. Age Restriction
Users must be 18 or older to access our services.
9. How SMS consent is obtained
End users opt-in by visiting BOOK ONLINE and filling in their details. Users check a box to receive service notifications (such as appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates) & promotional messages to provide their consent. This box is unchecked as its default setting, and it’s not mandatory. Users also consent that message frequency varies, and data rates may apply.
